Asalaamualaikum
I would like to know if a person has formulated a diet for example and its sold online by the one who formulated it for x amount per month. Once payment is received, an eating plan is sent to you. My question is can I share those diet plan sheets with my family and friends if they ask me.

Once you have paid for the eating plan and taken ownership of it, it belongs to you.
Thus, you may share the diet plan sheets with family and friends as you wish.

وفي الأشباه لا يجوز الاعتياض عن الحقوق المجردة كحق الشفعة
قال العلامة ابن عابدين رحمه الله: مطلب: لا يجوز الاعتياض عن الحقوق المجردة (قوله: لا يجوز الاعتياض عن الحقوق المجردة عن الملك) قال: في البدائع: الحقوق المفردة لا تحتمل التمليك ولا يجوز الصلح عنها. أقول: وكذا لا تضمن بالإتلاف قال: في شرح الزيادات للسرخسي وإتلاف مجرد الحق لا يوجب الضمان؛ لأن الاعتياض عن مجرد الحق باطل إلا إذا فوت حقا مؤكدا،
