Muhtaram mufti saab
An 11 yr old girl experienced bleeding. however on the 2nd day it goes back to discharge then stopped completely before 3days and 3nights. What is the status? Does this count as been baaligh now? Is this a recognized cycle?

Respected brother, the response to your query is as follows :
The minimum period for haidh is 3 days, since she bled for less than 3 days, it will not be counted as haidh, rather it will be istihaadah. She will not be considered as baalighah.
AND ALLAH TAALA ALONE IN HIS INFINITE KNOWLEDGE KNOWS BEST.

و (أقله ثلاثة بلياليها) الثلاث، فالإضافة لبيان العدد المقدر بالساعات الفلكية لا للاختصاص، فلا يلزم كونها ليالي تلك الأيام؛ وكذا قوله (وأكثره عشرة) بعشر ليال، كذا رواه الدارقطني وغيره
